Extensions, demos and bands

Train Sim World (abbreviated to TSW) is a train simulation game collection created by Dovetail Games. It was released on 24 July 2018. For the very first time, Train Sim World enables players to walk the game globe in first-person mode. This mode is made use of in tutorials, situations as well as services where the first-person setting is required to complete tasks such as refuelling or altering switches.

The week was a bit calm on the independent scene while everyone continues to betray his friends in Among US and make a way out of the underworld in Hades. In addition, much of the current media coverage revolves around the new brilliant consoles that will be launched in a little over a month and outgoing games in a crowded holiday season. In addition, did you hear that Minecraft stuff would get on Smash? Because I have certainly made each person I met in my life. We have the impression that even if something big happened in the independent game this week, it could have been buried under all the news of the AAA game. But do not worry, I follow up, and here is a quick overview of some of the most interesting independent game stories I found this week!

The creator of Binding of Isaac, Edmund McMillen, revealed that the next repentance extension is over 90% and the team works to make sure it is the Sequel DLC that players have always wanted. He revealed the update in a blog article on the official Steam page earlier this week, as well as the official Binding of Isaac page: repentance Coming Soon. It's been a long time since we've heard the team, and more than two years that the repentance extension has been revealed. McMillen promises that this is the Final final mega extension and that the game's blog will be updated fairly regularly from the second half of October. He also promised that the fans will shit his ass when you have the hand on it, which is ... it's good, right? It's something that you are passionate about? The blog post also mentions the versions of the console, but a team member named Tyrone will receive updates about them later. According to the official Steam page, the extension should include more than 25 new bosses, more than 100 new enemies, more than 130 new objects, 2 new playable characters, 5 new challenges, more than 100 new achievements and more than 5000 new designs of rooms. . It's quite huge! It's great to see this game make such a long way since its humble debut in the Flash in 2011. Let's hope we will soon know if this cult classic will soon make its way to the next generation consoles.

The Anticipated Access Exploration Robot BLIGHTBOUND released the new Helping Hands update that integrates IA teammates into the mixture. Since the game revolves around players forming a full team with roles of Tank, DPS and healer, it means that those who can not argue friends or match strangers to join them will be able to continue their exploration of Dungeon without inconvenience. In addition, the game received a new hero named Seirinne. Seirinne is an archetype thief / thread with a capacity called the statue of the shadow that blocks the enemies while inflicting damage over a short period of time, which is very much like a former partner to me. If you sought to discover BLIGHTBOUND, it may be the time because it is currently 20% off steam. If you are already a fan and want to see the complete update notes, you can check them here.

If you are like me and you spend too much time doing shop windows for games to add to your pile of shame in online stores, you may have noticed a nice little title called Airborne Kingdom in Epic Games Store. It is a city builder with exploration elements, because you can raise your city in the air and fly it as a land control center, by depositing where you want. There is good news for those who are waiting to become the King of Heaven - The Developer The Wandering Band has set an exit date for December 17, when the game will be launched for PC and Mac and will cost $ 27.99 CAD / $ 19.99 USD. I hope that at that time we can get away from CyberPunk 2077 and our new brilliant consoles long enough to try.

Speaking of CyberPunk, the assault of the independent games wearing the sub-genus of science fiction does not seem to slow down soon. Earlier this week, a new demo of the cyberpunk mystery game Point-click Chinatown Detective Agency has been published, and it seems that it will have its own place in the current insurgency of this kind. Our own Nicola Kapron detailed a good part of the demo by covering the news earlier this week (thank you Nicola!) But what interests me is the way the game carries its influences on its sleeve. For example, in one of the published screenshots, you can see a hologram of a blue-haired woman with pink skin in the distance - a clear tribute to the character of Ana de Armas in Blade Runner 2019. The band -Announce of the demo is also a unique cast of characters and a little action for a point-click with the main character giving a kick in a door to a hostage situation towards the end. The DAY ONE demo can be downloaded for free on Steam, and the game is expected for an output date start 2021.

As much like the horror, I admit that I'm too a frail cat to dive into the AMNESIA series as I would like - and judging by its appearance, the next ThreeWel Rebirth will not bring me out of this state of 'Spirit of sit down. I had to watch the trailer to write this and in a few seconds, I felt this familiar feeling of shit, I'm out of here. It's a good thing because horror games are supposed to put the piss in your pants, right? Well, consider my pants completely annoyed. The opening sequence of the trailer is too tested with a nightmare that we all had to be pursued by an unknown entity emitting disgusting sounds. The rest of the trailer is more atmospheric than anything else, but by the mere virtue of being a title Amnesia, manages to keep you on the edge of your seat. Nicola leans a little more about what the game did in his cover of the trailer, and you can put the play game on Steam now before the release date of October 20 - just in time for Halloween.

What do you think of this week's independent games? Are you looking forward to seeing the Binding of Isaac extension? How about refueling adult diapers for this new Amnesia? As always, tell us what you think about this week's summary in the comments, and make sure to keep it locked on Cogconnected for all your game news!
