Assassin's Creed Origins is a 2017 action-adventure computer game created by Ubisoft Montreal and also released by Ubisoft. It is the tenth major installment in the Assassin's Creed collection as well as the follower to 2015's Assassin's Creed Organization. Mainly established in Egypt, near completion of the Ptolemaic duration (49-- 43 BC), the story complies with a Medjay named Bayek of Siwa as well as his partner Aya, as well as checks out the origins of the centuries-long problem between the Hidden Ones-- forerunners to the Assassin League-- who deal with for tranquility by promoting freedom, and also The Order of the Ancients-- leaders to the Templar Order-- who want tranquility through the required imposition of order. Audica product manager Troy Ferrio talks to community over the rhythmic shooter.
Harmonix has a story that needs to be introduced when it comes to musically inspired video games. In 2019, you published Audica On the PC, a solid, appealing rhythmic virtual reality shooter will be delivered before a PS4 version will be released several months later. Shortly before the start of the console, we have sent some of our questions to the developers. Below you can read our conversation with Audica product manager Troy Ferrio.
_ Note: This interview was guided before the start of the PS4 of the game. _
Since we started audica At the beginning of this year, we were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of our players for the game.
_ Audica _ was very well received by the players since the PC start at the beginning of this year. How encouraging was the reaction of the community to see?
Since we started Audica At the beginning of this year, we were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of our players for the game. The effects that the community had on the game are noticeable and without this enthusiasm we would not have the game we have today.
The combination of precision shooting with rhythm gameplay is certainly a novel concept, but it works clearly. How did the idea have emerged at all?
Basically, we wanted to create a rhythm action experience that embodies the exaggerated action scenes in films. So we made ourselves to merge the idea of maintaining a rhythm while we cross the film tropics arms to shoot or hold the weapon sideways. This led to the core gameplay that we have today and summarized by my favorite line we've ever designed: A choreographed ballet of breathtaking brilliance
How was the dialogue with the community given the fact that this game is currently in Early Access on Steam, not only in terms of the feedback on current content, but in general regard to the decision on the future, where this title should be recorded?
The dialogue with the community was incredible. During the development, we quickly introduced new features based on the game's feedback - from adapting the color of your weapons to adding Gunslinging tricks to core scoring mechanics. The game would look very different today, if we did not work so closely with the community to understand their feedback.
One thing that makes Audica Such funny and physical experience is immersing in a wide field of goals.
It is clear that the virtual reality is immensely contributing Audica and its entire experience, but do you think that this is a game that would simply do not work without virtual reality? That is, you would be open to the publication of a non-VR version of the game?
One thing that makes Audica Such funny and physical experience is dipping into a wide field of goals. Instead of restricting a screen that takes some degree of your viewing angle, we can use VR to display these goals essentially on a huge 180 degree all-round screen. Combine this with high-quality hand tracking and independent controllers and you have an experience that is really unique for VR.
_ Audica _ The soundtrack is currently focused mainly on electronic music. But see that the game also expands to other music genres?
Harmonix has a long history in creating amazing soundtracks for our games and DLCs Audica is no different. We pay attention to artists, of which we believe that they liked our players, and seek tracks that we can immediately imagine authoring and mapping. Our core soundtracks are usually quite focused. Therefore, we have examined with our DLC Genres, which are not included in the core soundtrack to support the extension Audica musical variety.
Can you talk about the customization options in the game and what they include?
We offer a variety of customization options for players. We enable the players to customize the color of their weapons and goals, to unlock additional models and arenas through the campaign and even optimize some of the gameplay settings, eg. B. How much goal support provides the game, or audio / video synchronization to your system calibration.
We work hard to develop more DLC for Audica to expand its soundtrack.
Do you have plans to add more tracks, arenas and other content to the game with future DLC?
We work hard to develop more DLC for Audica to expand its soundtrack. In the next few months, content will be published for all players and platforms. More information is available here.
