Apple blocks Microsoft s XCloud project
The Xbox 360 video gaming console has actually received updates from Microsoft from its launch in 2005 up until November 2007 that allow it to play pick games from its predecessor, Xbox. The Xbox 360 introduced with in reverse compatibility with the number of supported Xbox games varying depending upon area. Microsoft continued to upgrade the list of Xbox video games that were compatible with Xbox 360 until November 2007 when the checklist was wrapped up. Microsoft later on introduced the Xbox Originals program on December 7, 2007 where select backwards suitable Xbox games could be bought electronically on Xbox 360 gaming consoles with the program ending much less than two years later in June 2009. Microsoft will publish project XCloud in September to allow Xbox fans to discover their games on mobile devices, but this apparently does not include Apple devices. The policies of the App Store have always been quite demanding for application developers compared to the main competitor, Android, and Apple does not treat Microsoft differently. Microsoft still plans to install Project Xcloud on the iOS platform, but they always try to find the path that puts the service on Apple devices. Project XCloud will join the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate at no extra charge at its official release in September.

All games available in the Xbox Game Pass catalog are evaluated for their content by industry classification agencies such as ESRB and their regional equivalents, continued Xbox spokesperson.
