Werder Bremen offers Sargent free - Joshua Sargent
An attacker Joshua Sargent will leave the SV Werder Bremen. At the cup match on Saturday in Osnabrück (15.30, live! With Joshua Sargent), the 21-year-old is no longer there.
"We are standing shortly before a transfer fee with a foreign club," explains Frank Baumann on the club website. "Due to this, Josh tells us that he does not seem to be able to play on Saturday. Then we have released him from the final training," says Managing Director Football of the SV Werder.
According to reports, the receiving club is the English Premier League Club Norwich City.
The 1.85 meter American Sargent has been playing at the Hanseat for New Year 2018 and since then completed 70 Bundesliga games (eleven goals) and two second ligaparies (two goals) for Bremen.
Osako to Visel Kobe?
Also, the departure of Yuya Osako (31) should soon go over the stage: as Bremen announced on Friday, one is "in conversations with a foreign club".
